We believe the Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired by God and is God’s complete revelation of Himself to humanity. The Scriptures are true, trustworthy, and without error in their original writings. The Bible is the supreme authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.

“All Scripture is breathed out by God…” — 2 Timothy 3:16

We believe there is one true and living God who eternally exists in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are equal in essence, power, and glory.

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven, and will one day return in power and glory.

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He indwells every believer at salvation, empowers Christians for godly living and service, and glorifies Jesus Christ.

We believe all people are created in the image of God and possess inherent dignity and worth. However, through sin humanity became separated from God and is unable to save itself apart from God’s grace.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23

We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation cannot be earned through good works, religion, or human effort. Through repentance and faith in Christ, sinners are forgiven and made new.

We believe the church is the Body of Christ, made up of all true believers. The local church exists to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, encourage believers, and serve the world in the name of Christ.

We believe Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water as an act of obedience and public testimony of faith in Jesus Christ. We believe the Lord’s Supper is a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s death and a celebration of His saving grace.

We believe every person will spend eternity either in heaven with God through faith in Jesus Christ or separated from God in hell because of unbelief. Jesus Christ will one day return personally and visibly to judge the living and the dead.

We believe God created humanity male and female in His image. We believe marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for life, reflecting Christ’s relationship with His church.

At the same time, we believe every person is deeply loved by God and should be treated with compassion, dignity, grace, and truth.
